You definitely want to go to Calhouns on the river. Great barbeque and great hospitality. This is by far my favorite road trip.

Ditto on Calhouns. And don't expect to sit down. I'm not a fat guy by any means, and I was still sitting sideways. However I was standing for most of the game anyways.
Also, to train yourself, put Rocky Top on full blast on repeat.
