I've never had any problems South of 630, even though I grew up in WLR.

I suggest he take Wright Avenue at the intersection with Roosevelt Rd., park at the Salvation Army and head eastward for a leisurely stroll.

Me neither, I just find it funny the way some people talk about it. I've experienced worse north of the river than south of 630.
