Problem is Ole Miss is in the top 10. And Ole Miss players are doing their best to make sure Alabama doesn't overlook them. Plus Alabama had a bye so it's less likely that they are looking past this game.
(All of the above only applies if Alabama wins. If Alabama loses, the OP was right, Alabama overlooked Ole Miss and beat themselves.)
