Harbough at LSU would cause the rest of the SEC to just give up. It would be a Saban-esque move.
But, it would never happen even though if there is an opening you go throw $9 million a year at him and it pays for itself immediately.
But, LSU will go try and find a guy from a mid-major on the cheap and in 3 years we'll be wishing we had Miles back. That has been the LSU way and we happened to strike gold with Saban and Miles, but the chances of getting a Derek Dooley are MUCH higher.
Miles has been a good coach, but the game has passed him by. He is not adapting and in the SEC, you set the pace, adapt, or you move on.

Michigan will get Jim.

This is who I would want, but I just don't see it happening. Maybe if the rumors are true about him losing the team in San Francisco, but even if that is true he is just as likely to get hired on at another NFL gig (Cowboys?).
Some names in NCAA I'd be interested in (in no particular order):
Art Briles
Mark Hudspeth
David Cutcliffe
Larry Fedora
Chad Morris
