The NFL is too stupid to realize all the innovative coaches are in college.
I think it will take Philly winning or at least making a superbowl; then I would expect the NFL to come after coaches like Sumlin in earnest.

NFL has already pursued Sumlin. He turned Philly down once. And they aren't the only team.
