I've read about this, it sounds like it does actually suck. Happens in women too, and it makes them pretty uninterested in sex.

I'm trying to imagine the source of his condition.
Now, he was getting up from a chair and wrenched his back. His unwanted orgasms began almost immediately.
Since orgasms are involuntary once they begin, I'd have to think that in wrenching his back the nerve associated with orgasms was damaged. He seems to come because of any physical stimulus.
Poor guy. I hope someone can help him. Death by orgasm seems to be a cruel fate.
