I think it sums it up pretty well. SC wins out and UGA wins out, UGA still has a shot. SC wins all but SECCG, UGA has a shot. UGA needs SC to lose 1 more SEC game AND for UGA to win out in conference play, to have a shot at ATL.

The article is just talking about scenarios for two SEC teams to make it in. Your title makes it about UGA, which isn't surprising at all, but I just want to point that out.
