That wired camera is only used in the biggest games of the week because it's extremely hard to set up and you need several people to run it. If it was in every televised game, you'd see a lot more guys getting stepped on.

Let's suppose your (totally bogus) argument is true.

So even if that camera were used once a week, they've had those things for something like 10 years now. You think that, with nearly 150 games worth of college football to go by (an estimate which I think is far too low but I'm just going by your argument), you'd have seen this happen more often.

The first was totally intentional. The second might not have been, but he made no attempt to avoid it. He should be suspended for multiple games, if not the season.
