Should've been a TD...

Everyone overthrows -- we just pay way more attention to Driskel because every time something bad happens he's an easy out.

We don't need to throw deep fricking balls if we can never connect on them. The short routes were there all game long. Tell him to put priority on those.

If Muschamp gets burned by a long throw, he tries to emulate it and get one of his own. The guy has no gameplan, no creativity, nothing.

Short passes first.

Bombs later.

The whole point of our offense is to spread the ball out, yet we played more vertical than we did horizontal and once again it bit us in the arse.

That's the only reason Kentucky was even in the game -- because instead of say 2nd and 6 (which can be a pass or a run) it's 2nd and 10 because we blow a long bomb, they're statistically less likely to work. Something like 1/10, unless they're playing against our secondary, of course.

Dude, Driskel couldn't hit the broad side of a barn today. Short, Intermediate, Long, didn't matter.

StrawsDrawnAtRandom is working overtime sticking up for Driskel. JD was forcing it downfield and not taking the easy stuff. You really think Roper was telling him to force it into double coverage no matter what?

Everyone might overthrow, but Driskel overthrows 90% of the time. He still can't throw well with anticipation.

I still think he can be good enough for us, but he has to play within his limitation and stop trying to play hero ball.
