Any idea why Gurley only played the first series?

Did you watch the game?

He's by far our best player and the game was in hand, and getting Gurley hurt against Troy would be disastrous. We sat him because we didn't need him. We'll probably sit him in the 2nd half against vandy too, and CSU.

It looked, at least to me, that he came up a bit gimpy on his last run. Hope I'm wrong but it looked like he tweaked a muscle or something.

He played in the second series as well. Should be ready for Rocky Flop.
