We have played mostly Patsy's in non conference for our history. We have probably only had a handful of opportunities to even play a ranked non conf foe on the road.

We were the only team to beat Notre Dame in 1977 when the won a NC. That was in Jackson, MS though. To this day, Notre Dame will not play Ole Miss because of this.

And it would have been Texas last year if they hadn't gotten raped by BYU the week before
