I've been thinking about this all week.I don't get offended when someone picks against LSU. But how do you rank LSU 8, don't rank MSU at all and then predict MSU will beat LSU at home, on a Saturday night when only 2 teams (both #1's) have accomplished that in ten years.

And will remain so until the slobknobbers have to face reality when they lose. Oh wait, that happened twice last year and look where they wound up. . . forget it- my bad.

And everyone on television has them as the "most overrated" "due for a fall" etc etc.

API's have been harping about the refs giving KSU they're advantage. Just look at they're scout board. T. Reed could of been called for 2 more pass interference calls than he was. Not to mention the rampant holding by the API offensive line. Ant win is a good win. But, did they make the spread?

I am not complaining about the refs. They missed calls on both teams and it had no bearing not the game. To my fellow Aubs "Stop complaining about the refs, we don't live in Baton Rouge."

Not sure what game you watched.

Auburn got a tough road win, and that's a good thing and really all that matters in the long run. But let's make no mistake... KState coughed that game up, not the other way around. It should have been 20-10 or worse at halftime, Kansas State lead.

I'm not saying Auburn sucks...Auburn is certainly a Top10 team that will have a huge say in the SEC and nationally, but Auburn looked pretty bad overall last night, and only escaped with a victory due to Kansas State's handful of huge mistakes (fumble, 2nd&Goal, missedFGs).... all mistakes that had nothing to do with what Auburn was doing, merely KState frick-ups.

Other SEC teams have had similar "struggle" games (LSU vs Wisconsin, Bama vs WestVirginia, OleMiss vs Boise), so it's nothing to be alarmed by. But to make the assertion that "KSU was lucky to be in that game" is a tad ludicrous. If anything, Auburn was lucky to be in that game, and Gus has pretty much said as much.

Are these the same national media folks that were hyping Coker for the Heisman? You hope KSU invented the wheel to stop the Bus. He didn't. Gus' style is still saban's kryptonite.
