Try to set aside Bobo's TWO epic 1st and Goal from the four Fails.

Focus on his complete body of work.

Name your team and OC

Given that Mike Bobo is largely seen as an imbecile by everyone (which is horribly unwarranted and backwards) I don't think you'll get many honest or researched responses here. May want to provide some stats to make a case for Bobo.

Sidenote: I attribute most of the Bobo-hate to his name. The guy has really been a fantastic OC these past few years and won us a lot of games. Furtherore, he is an ace recruiter and QB coach. The only reason I can explain this bizarre phenomenon of hate is the name. Bobo sounds like "bozo" and "boo boo" which predisposes us to this unfair bias against him every time he is mentioned. Dude is a victim of onomatophobia.

Usey isn't a Dawg fan

He's a troll that got banned form the Georgia board a while ago

And Bobo is a great OC regardless what the rant thinks

Our OC is probably half Bobo's age and is already better.

Steve Spurrier and yes.

I'd take co-offensive coordinators GA Mangus and Shawn Elliot over Bobo as well

Bobo is good, but he's also dependent on very strong talent, I think. I don't think he's an "offensive mind" in the sense that he'll make something out of very moderate talent.

That's not much of a slight, he's a solid OC. UGA, with Pruitt, is a pretty balanced team, which isn't all that common in the conference right now.

Ours looked like a genius at first, but next to who he replaced anybody would, jury is really still out.

At this point we could play the same game with DC's and get a lot of comparisons you are looking for.
