probably not. the only thing your guys are good at is stopping the pass, and they dont need to pass

Every one of our DB's is great against the run too. They play a huge part in stopping the run. LB's and D line have also improved every week.

I think he had that backwards....he meant to say AU has absolutely no chance of victory against LSU in Jordan Hare next month... ::

How many of LSU's current players were on the roster the last time AU beat LSU? How many of them were on the roster the last time AU beat LSU in Jordan Hare?

all the seniors and 5th years,

No. Only the 5th year players were on LSU's roster in 2010 when AU last beat LSU. The current LSU true SRs were FR in 2011.

Also, the fact remains - though I'm not sure why it's funny - that LSU being 2 for their last 7 in JH has nothing to do with this game, just as AU losing to Bama 49-0 in 2012 had zero to do wit the 2013 game.

And FTR, I did say:

That said, I think AU beats LSU by 6-8 points.

At this point we really don't know anything about LSU. Auburn has nearly the same team as last year whereas LSU is replacing a lot of big pieces. It depends on the play by Kenny Hilliard and Leornard Fournette. If LSU can score big points, they can possibly beat Auburn but it will take a lot. Auburn is still the best team in the SEC.

Right now, being realistic, it will take a great effort by LSU's offense imo to pull out a win in Jordan Hare. Being realistic, I just don't see it right now.

I don't understand how people are fooled by AU. They were pounded by LSU last year and needed miracles to get by Georgia and Bama. I wouldn't call a win by a LSU team that has won the last 3 an upset.

Yes, I understand LSU has won something like 6 of the last 7 vs AU and that one win was the Cam Newton year and that game was won in the last 5 minutes of the game. LSU is just so young this year on offense and Jordan Hare is not the place where you want to break in young guys on offense imo. Spells trouble.

Not so fast fellow Tiger. There is no real separation between the teams in the West this year. When you have that, no one goes undefeated and most will end up with 2 losses in conference... It's just too strong and Home Field plus turnovers will be deciding factors... No way I think it comes down to the "Big Three" this year. Even pooooooweee sigs are coming on stronger and stronger... Hopefully about the time they get Bulemic's offensive plans, they'll get impatient and fire him...

I always love how posters like you describe a close win by another team as luck. Using your logic, LSU was lucky to beat Arkansas last year.

Georgia was given a touchdown they probably didn't deserve against Auburn last year, because they probably didn't actually cross the goal line on one of the touchdowns they were given credit for. As far as the Alabama game is concerned, people constantly talk about the 4 missed fields, but they fail to mention 3 of those field goal attempts were from 44 yards or longer. Not exactly a chip shot attempt. The tards who claim Auburn's success was all luck last year simply ignore facts like those

Yes. And the outcome of the game was never in doubt as it was over at half time. You could see Auburn getting better in the second half of the game which led to the finish of a great season.

Don't bring that common sense talk here, boy. Auburn is too formidable to lose to us for the 7th time in 8 years.
