I get what you are saying but that's not what I was doing.
Coach 1 first three years as a HC
Coach 2 first three years as a HC
Coach 3 first three years as a HC
I'm not sure it would make sense to compare Coach 1's first three years and Coach 2's years 6,7 and 8 or whatever.

It is easier to coach some places. Florida is one of those places.
