last spanking i received was from my mom when i was 14 or so...bare assed...with a belt...i had stolen a pack of cigs from the store down the road...

with my boys...i make them stronger...maybe it is the military/football coach in me...or whatever...but i use jumping jacks, push ups, burpees, crunches, etc...it does the trick..and they are strong as hell...
