Ah yeah, This is diff eq 2 right?

Shits about to get good I think, variation of parameters for 2nd order will probably be next. Intro to higher order, series solutions for differential equations, Laplace transforms and you probably touch on partials

No Diff Eq 2 (done with proper math), but applications of it will be popping up a lot and taught as they come.

I mean PChem basically hits on all of those subjects at one point. Engineering classes will hit the rest. Fourier series will pop up in EE eventually.

Fourier series are pretty awesome, you will enjoy those I bet.

Series expansions solutions were a huge huge bitch at first, but they were my first experience with the satisfaction and joy of finishing a problem after working on it forever and reading back through a multiple page solution knowing it was right - which is pretty much why I still like math.

I couldn't pass it up, I thought you were intentionally setting me up actually.

They're like an IRL version of Mean Girls.

And Eddie, I wasn't. I really was a coach for 9 years.

I've helped out our middle school squad a few times and that was plenty enough for me. You're just short of a saint right now.

The best thing you could do for them at that age is try to get them comfortable dribbling the ball.

Coaching MS girls in cheer competition.

Ever.

Nonetheless for 9 years.

I would rather be a badger and run away and plummet to my death than do that.

I'm in Memphis. They were Germantown/Cordova suburb girls.

ETA: I lived only two years of my life in MS. Second and third grade in Amory, MS. I've lived in the Memphis area since the fourth grade.

The only thing worse that coaching 5 year old soccer is coaching little league baseball. Baseball is such a set piece game that every fricking mother thinks their kid is the next Derek Jeter or Greg Maddux. I've done it and it sucks balls.

We've had a family do that in my older son's league. Kid probably never got spanked, and his parents worshiped his farts.

They pulled him out to some Liverpool FC League. They pay $1500 a semester for that.

He was a good player but his dad was a complete dick. Yelled at his son nonstop, was real down on him when he missed a goal, and would walk off and ignore the game when his son was off the field.
