Some "experts" picked UF to be the sleeper team to win the East and go to the playoffs. I don't think anyone has picked MSU to win the West or finish in the top 5.
MSU over LSU would be the bigger upset.

State would be the more surprising, but I am biased, so take that for what it's worth, not much
