Neither because neither one is a fraud.
Even if MSU moves the ball on LSU, that wouldn't make LSU a fraud just as if LSU shuts down MUS's offense, that wouldn't make MSU a fraud.
It's the SEC and someone has to win the game.

I think that holds true for the other conferences as well.
