Look at the score at halftime and that tells you everything. Both teams struggled...UF tried to hit bombs and missed and that's why Im not too crazy about throwing deep too often...you don't hit and you are behind the chains.

Christy really bailed us out with his punting and a lot of folks don't understand how important that was...especially since we started with horrible field position so many times...just by picking one first down or two and he could come in and put them in the shadows of their goalposts.

We will throw deep against Bama and we need to connect on a couple to make them get out of the box some...then we can run.

Ideally we need to get first score and shut the crowd down...a turnover here and a kick/punt return there and it can happen quick.

yup, turnovers and special teams. i think we are talented enough to win, so long as we win the t/o battle and special teams.

I think this was the problem for the most part, we shouldn't have been gunning it from the beginning and I don't think it was necessarily any of the players to blame necessarily. I mean, those are rare because they usually don't hit, but we threw a bunch of 'em and really they were the right decisions, but if you're off by a foot you ain't gonna get it.

I hope we play a little more conservatively, but with more intellect. Just because you don't bomb it doesn't mean that you can't mix it up underneath, especially with the talent we have.
