No college qb is going to hit key passes all the time...hell...has anyone watched the NFL? I hate the pros but from the few snippets I've watched, the pro qbs can leave a lot to be desired.

The main pressure on Driskel from UK DL came from the right side...rewatch the video of the game. The pressure from the left side was corner/safety/lb blitzs that were well designed and tip your cap to Stoops. The blitzs that come from corners/safetys are usually picked up by rbs or a free OL.

UK really impressed me Saturday...I know speed when I see it and they had it. Very well coached on defense and they were outmanned of course by the talent level. They gave 110% effort and that's why Im not worried about the close nature of the score. Our team played very hard...just went up against a strong team that was determined to win. UGA goes to Lexington later on and they better be ready.

We don't need Driskel to run much at all to win. Bama is weaker than some think. Our OL can get Matty Jones and Kelvin enough room to break tackles...especially in 4th qt when defenses get tired. The game is in the hands of our defense and special teams...we need much better field position to start drives on...which hurt us a lot. I noticed Boom mentioned field position at his post game presser and I posted on here that field position was bad in the first half before I ever heard him say it. Thank God Christy had a great game. He is averaging 48.7 a punt which is high cotton.

I watched the game again (and may do it again tonight ) and you can tell Kentucky is head and shoulders better than previous years. They looked damn good.
