Yeah, he is. I'm afraid Kentucky and most of the South have lots of judges like him, though. Dumbasses seem to gravitate to the courts.

Absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe people like that are even associated with our justice system.
I hope he still reads stuff from these sites because he's a disgrace.
