Meh, that says more about you than anything else. The fact that names are even an issue with hiring practices is a problem, and not one that needs to be fixed by just having names that are more like the majority. We like to point out how far we've come, but instances like that are examples of what we have yet to overcome.

It's simply game theory. It's not an automatic suggestion that these will be bad hires, but why even take the chance if you don't see anything other than a resume? Why take a chance with your frickin' kid and name them something crazy? Even if we're not talking about me, we know what other people do.

EDIT: Concerning names "like the majority", you don't really need to do that completely, but it definitely gives you a better shot.
