Regarding the black community.
It's a community when we're talking privilege, it's not when we're talking responsibility.
I don't want to talk about privilege, but race gets played up a whole lot until we start talking about statistical anomalies that are attributed to society rather than the group in question.

No, that is what you assume. I've said there's no black community in your white privilege threads too
Acknowledging a group as a minority does not make them a community.
