I know plenty of doctors who talk about it. Almost a daily occurrence for some. A woman with 3 kids by 3 fathers want to know if she can have another so she can get more money. Sometimes she wants her tubes un-tied to get more gov't money. She's not ashamed to admit it, because that's her job. Someone pays her to do that. The black welfare queen is very much real.
