People who graduate from Mississippi colleges get jobs out of state. It's called the brain drain effect.

Or they started out of state, couldn't get in anywhere good because they were super dumb, but went to Ole Miss and they were still the smartest thing there, and returned home when they graduated. It's a compounding effect. Mississippi sends dumb kids to get educated because that's all they have and they aren't smart enough to go anywhere else... But they accept out of state kids who are bottom of the barrel in other states but then steal all the education.

Average Act of 24 isn't super dumb, it's just not good enough to get into Texas or ATM, but isn't class rank more important in Texas? Top 10% in class get automatic admission?

A nice reminder to why all non-Aggie Texans hate the Aggies. The rectal bleeding is strong with them.
