No more so than a 1 loss PAC12 or Big 12 team being not NC good.

While true, historically most of the losses in the PAC 12 and Big 12 have come late in the season to teams many thought would contend. (Kansas St., Stanford, Oregon etc)

However, I DO agree they will do their best to have 1 rep from each conference. B1G being left out.
