I'm pretty excited about how they played. I had the luxury of knowing we had won the game by the time I watched it, so I guess I wasn't second guessing decisions as much as I do when I watch it live and the outcome is unknown.

Mauk looked good to me. He's a sophomore starting his 6th game. He's not going to be perfect, but I didn't see a game loaded with bad decisions. As it is, he completed 65% of his passes and that was with 4 drops by my count or he would have completed 78% of his passes. He will continue to create high light reels, both good and bad for Mizzou.

Sasser is our most consistent and reliable WR. White has stepped up as we had hoped. Hunt has let down a little compared to expectations but still our clear 3rd option. Disappointed not to see a younger WR step up yet and contribute significantly, be it Moore, Brown or Lee.

Golden and Ray go without saying. Little concerned that we have no one behind them getting many mentions. Yes, Golden and Ray are getting a larger percentage of snaps, but I worry about them running out of gas before the year is over or lord forbid an injury. Would like to see more contribution from Harris, Loud, Hatley.

Seems to me the focus in week 1 was to stop the run and we were susceptible to the pass. Week 2 it seems we were focused on stopping the pass and were susceptible to the run. We have got to be able to do both. I am going to chalk it up to the staff wanting to simply work on specific items during these warm up games and hopefully it will all come together come SEC games.

The nice thing about the scheduling Mizzou does is they got a glorified scrimmage last week getting them into position this week for a better team. Hopefully they get all the kinks out by uSC and UGA.
Mauk looked better. When Pinkel went into locker room at the half he made reference to Culkin running the route incorrectly when Mauk threw the INT.
Golden is a MACHINE. wow.
