Admittedly, I am no expert, but this seems like a a silly question.
Talent can be developed, but not created. Also as someone stated earlier, aTm losses were not due to offensive break downs. If a QB is not great, the system will not be great. No matter how great a QB is, they can't win games alone.

It's the system. And, to say JFF wasn't running Sumlin's system while playing for Sumlin is foolish to say.
