I wonder what happened in 2012

That makes no sense.
There are a number of reasons to travel to a cupcake.
1. Traveling in itself is a complicated process.
2. Mistakes in logistics can have a major impact on the field.
3. Testing changes in logistic train procedures would be best done during a trip to a cupcake, as the team can overcome minor problems.
I don't care how they structure the season as long as the W's are in the right spot.

So your argument is that traveling to cupcakes is necessary to test out the logistics of moving your team from one place to another?
Are you serious?

I'm for playing one non-P5 team as a tune-up game at the beginning of the season. I think P5 teams are needed to fill up the stadiums.

It sounded better in his head as a good excuse before he typed it all out then didn't feel like cancelling the post.
We don't feel the need to go to shitty cupcake program's fields because we get to play in a shite arse stadium that we also call home that is 3 hours away...

No SEC team should be calling out another SEC for their OOC schedule.....everyone is feasting on some "cupcakes" at one time or another.

If you read the context, I'm not calling you out for your schedule, I'm calling you out for traveling to a weak stadium to play a weak team. Get them to come to your house or GTFO, you're paying for the date for goodness sake.
This change by your AD is a good thing.

Missouri AT Arkansas State 2015

I think it'd be fricking sweet to play them in NOLA in years A&M has LSU at home.
I don't get why Tulane isn't in the Big 12. Road trips to New Orleans alone seems worth it to them. They have zero interesting venues.

It's a bone to Pinkel's old school, I'm okay with it.
Pretty sure the @Arkansas State thing is a result of needing a non-conference game quick last year after the conference shift. I'm also okay with that considering the circumstances.
Hopefully they get the program out of travelling to Wyoming considering the Mizzou guy that was coaching the Cowboys when it was set up is no longer there. We'll see what happens.

Big difference between playing at Toledo (where Missouri does not recruit) and playing at SMU in Dallas (where A&M has planted their flag)

He's not calling anyone's OOC out.

playing AT non-Power 5 schools
The bolded is the key word here folks. Why is a Power 5 school traveling to an OOC non-power 5 school?

Would love to have a long H & A series with Tulane. It could only help NO recruiting.
