I'm getting the AT&T one on every board---and it is blocking allot of the text and I can't close it. Only refreshing gets rid of it and it reappears in 3 seconds

I am getting the AT&T one right now on this very board. It was preventing me from typing in this response until I refreshed and began typing quickly before it pops up again.
