Fournette....his surprise to me

Wasn't in his pass blocking. Young RBs have to learn that by repetition.
For a guy as big and powerful as he is, with all of the obvious physical tools, was his noted lack of power. He was being brought down by single defenders, and losing any momentum on first contact.
I still think he's going to be a beast, but he never ran angry or with bad intent. I wonder if the moment was bigger than he is at this moment.

I think it had a lot to do with the play calling. They were all over him anytime he was in. He didn't look bad at all in KOR.

We beat Southern Miss by 49 points.

I can see that. LSU was drowning that first half and the line did him no favors then.

Looked like it. Didn't do anything really to impress.

I think the best front 4 in the country was all over Gurley too....but he did alright......

I think it's because he had too many Buga's in his nose?

Eh, it's no indictment of him. He can still be a bad, bad man by EOY.
It will be a process though.

Gurley was playing in his first game as a freshmen against a top 15 team? Don't be stupid.

This just isn't true at all. Most of his carries he got a yard or two after the first contact.
He had a rough first outing though for sure. He'll perform much better as we go

Clemson's front four is not the best in the country. Please.

Let's see little power he has against that Aggie defense in November.

Miles never really let him in there enough to get warmed up and start moving. He would get a carry here and there then taken out.

I think the moment and also the stress on not fumbling.

Gurley is better as a Junior and his OL played leagues better than LSU, congrats.

You need to rewatch the game. He ran too aggressive. He was trying to hit the home run every time he touched the ball. He needs to slow down a bit and let the hole open up
