Granted, we're all guilty of scheduling cupcakes and even agreeing to play them on their own campus (looking at you moo u)...but seriously... I've never heard of Lamar.

they just started playing football a year or two ago. I don't even think they have 85 players.

Beaumont, Texas version of McNeese...long time Southland Conference team then they killed the football program years ago and brought it back recently...

Whipped a talented Alabama team in '83 NCAA tourney. Selection committee screwed Bama, the much lower seeded Lamar was playing in their home state.
