I doubt that there will be any shock in this game at all. I suspect we try to rely on the run as much as possible, and that both qb's play but neither really opens it up in a significant way.

That would be my guess. And, no matter who you put back there will be fine.

Not surprised.

You don't consider what Bama has accomplished over the last several years to be success? Losing 2 games would be utopia to you dawgs.

If Coker doesn't look like he is ready to take the reins, with all the outrageous hype he has received, the worst thing we could do is start him and he have a bad day. The pressure (already way too high) on him would skyrocket.

I hope SIms has a great game/season. He has paid his dues. Coker? Not so much.

Blake Sims won't shock shite

It's going to be a boring fricking game where Nick won't let Lane do shite besides vanilla

In addition, Nick will not want to score too many points on his "friends" at WV

It's going to be a terrible and boring game - book it

Your posts in this thread are lame and not humerous 0.5/10 for the effort though

Given that West Virginia has had one of the worst defenses in college football for years, I would be surprised if he doesn't have at least a decent game.

I doubt that Saban would allow that. He was always going to play two guys I think just like with AJ and PS three years ago. Just giving the senior the "start".

The funny thing is that most other teams around here would gladly take Sims to run their gimmicky offenses. He'd probably beat out Marshall for the starting job.

if a close game 50 50 snaps ...but it won't be close and coker shines like a pro and thus sims gets the garbage time...saban goes out of way not to run up sco on home state team

The reason I ask is because Coker seems to be a much better QB
