I dunno of this story is true or not because the daily mail is easily duped, doesn't care, and oh oh my god whatever et cetera.
But I've been in a cop car when dude was just typing away at his gigantic console mounted laptop while he was driving.
It's terrifying.

If cops want to change public view of them being above the law, can kill people with no consequences, especially when the cop is in the wrong, or kill dogs/animals, then the good cops need to oust the shitty cops.
But in all honesty, the judges and police chiefs are the real people to place the blame on. These people are in charge of punishment, but rogue cops usually always get off easy....that is a paid vacation.
With that said, frick the police!

I happen to work in surrounding counties from where I live, so I have to travel to those county Courthouses.
I get to bill my mileage, so essentially I am being paid a day rate and I'm billing my mileage. Super work.
If I were responding to a text or email, work related, I am expecting to get off should I strike and kill a bicyclists. I'm being paid two separate ways and this is official business.
Or does my business not matter? Nevermind...
