re: How would you rank cities in SEC States in terms of SEC team neutrality?

I was in New Orleans last weekend at the piano bar in Pat O's. I had to pony up money several times to get them to stop playing Tenessee's, Ole Miss's, and Bama's fight songs. Seemed pretty neutral to me.
