This is what happens when your goal is to be best friends with your player instead of their coach. This strategy might work with some recruits but it results in being much less of an authority figure.

MC601... You know nothing about how he us viewed by his players...
He licked a guy off the team last yr for not vcovering an onside kick and talking back to him.
Your coach let the team "vote" a guy back on the team after knocking out a girl.
3-5 of the arrests were for unpaid traffic tickets and another for vulgarity.. Richmind, Marshall have both been booted for 1 1/2
