It will be worse. Now you will have more teams complaining that they deserved to be in it instead 1 or 2 with the BCS each year. Plus the fact that you give a small number of people (sometimes biased and one vote counts a lot more) full control over who gets picked means there is more chance teams get left out or picked based on person reason and not football. Plus the chance they get bribed.

They just need to hurry through this phase and get to power conferences and divisions so the games are all that decides who gets in.
