That's great and all (and a lie) but even if this was sound, wth does Jefferson Parish law enforcement have to do with BR law enforcement?
Sounds like you may be a bit bitter that not all schools have the culture of crime UF does, so you're grasping at straws to invalidate the list.
Just my 2 cents, though.

BR and NOLA have two of the highest crime rates in the entire country. nice try though.
