He tends to draft a lot of Gators. I think back in 2012 there were 6 or 7 Gators playing for the Patriots.
The Bears have quite a few Gators too.

While the Texans are the obvious answer because of McNair (who also has a very prestigious scholarship named after him), the Falcons have a few Gamecocks on their roster, too.
