Most black people in America are mixed to some extent. Shoot, in my own immediate family, none of my four sisters have the same skin tone. One is extremely dark (my shade), the youngest is kinda mocha (for lack of a better descriptor), and the middle two are very fair skinned. So, there's no real "true black," IMO

There are alot more mixed ones in america, but in africa there are plenty of true black chicks, and when someone says black chicks this is what I think of (true african chicks) and I don't really care for that, but half and half girls (or whatever ratio) can be really pretty. And freaky!
Side note: Swedish chicks LOVE american guys. If you ever get the chance to go.... DO IT!!!
