He's been hyped up to the point of sainthood by his fan base and the media with nothing to really support the hype. The sheer unrealistic expectations being placed on his shoulders seem grossly unfair to a quarterback with such little playing time and such weak shins.

I for one, feel bad for Dak.

You are bad, and rightfully so, you should feel bad.

He's a good player, but he will have a sophomore slump (2nd year starting) compared to the expectations being set for him. Still a decent year, but not superstar level.

They also just lost an OT according to my MSU friend at work.

But good lord their schedule is the easiest I've seen in a long time in the SEC West.

They get UK and Vandy from the East and their OOC games are Southern Miss, UAB, South Alabama, and UT Martin.

Its nothing compared to how Ole Miss has built up a below average QB like Bo.

I just hope that like Kodi Burns, he'll have a shot to show his value at other positions.

I feel bad for OM players. So hyped up for no reason with no tangible evidence to support it. On the other hand, I'm sure they are glad to put the cringe worthy slump they ended last season in.
