Moe was a great RB at Kentucky and had a great season in '95 but the team was 4-7.
Bill Curry was in his death throes, only one season away from being fired after burning Tim Couch's redshirt season to have him run the option.
Anyway, to your question, Williams wasn't even in the discussion for any post-season awards (except 1st team All SEC) because UK was 4-7.
