Sophomore Jamari Smith broke his foot today. He was battling for significant time. Our top 3 corners right now are 2 true freshman, Al Harris Jr.and Chris Lammons, and then Brison Williams who was a safety last year. Scary. However, Lammons and Harris Jr.have beaten out a few decent upper classman and are getting great reviews.... I'm still nervous about it.

Mods,
Move to SC board if its not Rant material.

It's not today, but will be tomorrow when the Mizz, Dawg, & aTm poster make separate threads about it.

There is a joke here somewhere.

Sorry to hear about Jamari. I wish him the best and also a speedy recovery.

That's one cock you don't want to see limping out there.

Yeah I hear we have some good raw talent at CB but almost no experience. I'm thinking that means by the 2nd half of the year it won't be that big of an issue, but the first couple of weeks could be rough.

Honestly hadn't heard much about him in the preseason so I'm not sure how much he was going to play anyways.

Hope the young man has a speedy and full recovery. It absolutely sucks to put so much work in and then have an injury.

I'm pretty confident we'll move the ball effectively against USC with our receivers, backs and offensive line, the question will be whether or not we can avoid turning it over. Hill only had 16 INTs and 4 fumbles in nearly 50 games as a HS starter but he is a young guy making his first start on the road.

I think SC wins a game that combines for around 75-80 points.

Hate to hear about another injury and hope he makes a full recover, but Hill is going to go off.

On the individual level I hate it for him.

On the grander scheme of things I can't help but be happy? ( happy isn't the right word. ) regarding anything that directly or indirectly helps my team.

*edit*
I'd venture to say most of you degenerates feel the same.

That's what happens when you dick stomp a poor bastard.

In all seriousness, hope he mends quick.

I see a high scoring game next week.

So an already inexperienced group of players lose a potential starter? That sucks for USCe

It's good here in my opinion. Hate to hear news like this for anyone. Guys put in a lot of work and then in a NY minute it's start over time. Hope he heals up.
