Basically, after being brought back into The Games after already being eliminated once (for the second year in a row), Rules took him right back out. And, instead of taking it like a man, and maybe even saying thanks for all the effort involved in this free pick-em he enjoys.............he threw a bitch-fit tantrum and shite all over The Games, tried to de-rail them with his whining in every Games thread afterwards, and showed the world what a spiteful ingrate coward he really is.
