Aggies aren't really "loud." But that isn't the only way to judge a crowd or a stadium, or at least isn't the only way outside the state of Loudiana.
Our students are all doing the same cheer at the same time. It might seem lame to SEC fans that only use the crowd as a play disruptor, but we would kick arse in a English soccer league.

No you wouldn't. They don't need anyone to use nifty hand signals to start a song. Some people just start singing and everyone else joins in.
