Can someone explain to me how the sec network will make money?

I know I am missing something, but it is included in a package that everyone already has for no additional money. So does this mean all the channels that were in this package already will take a pay cut? Or will this channel eventually be a add on for an additional cost after a while? Seems like the number of people that currently have it in their package would decrease dramatically if they had to pay extra above what they already pay. Like I said, I'm sure someone can turn a light on for me, seeing how in the initial year there is only 2 games worth watching (and all the women volleyball).
