29. Columbia, MO
21. College Station

11. Gainesville

The whole list

They got number 1 exactly right. As for the SEC Gainesville and College Station are way too high and Athens is too low.

Bump Fayetteville, and Athens up that list. Get rid of Gainesville, and lower A&M.

That's one of the worst lists I've ever seen.

Bump Athens up to #1 or #2 behind Austin. Bump Oxford up in the 20s, bump Tuscaloosa into the 30's... Lower Gainsville (are you kidding me?)... can't speak to CS or Columbia, MO so I'll leave that to judgement.
