re: How do parents love their kids more than their spouse?

My babies mean everything to me. It is a different type of love that I am personally responsible for their well being and my wife is another person I chose to build a life with. I love my wife and but I know if she wasn't there she would be fine....I can't say the same about my babies. They also have their entire lives ahead of them and my wife is 30. I could find another woman if needed but I could never replace my boys.
