The slum areas around the supposed La centers like New Orleans are beyond description, outside those city limits is simply slum dog stuff, and the side roads of La. are not far behind those in Miss., quite simply trash everywhere and litter rules. You disagree? Go visit. Sad to say the least, but third world country stuff, go see for yourself.

I like how Rooster's scathing reviews of Mississippi and Louisiana vanished after the links were posted about SC being number 1 in the nation in littering/road trash/dirty water trash.

If you think Mississippi is bad, try driving through southwest Kentucky (Hickman, Fulton county) and reassess your understanding of filth.
